Bert was walking singing his favorite song and minding his own business when all of a sudden...Vixie comes up to him wagging her tail. Not finally meeting him, but asking him that his ability to grant wishes cause she heard from a certain someone that he knows. Bert looks concern of what her wish will be or what does she want from him.
